To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Max Payne 3, Rockstar Games has announced an Anniversary Edition vinyl of the game’s official soundtrack. The limited edition release is slated to be released later this year and will feature previously unreleased tracks from the L.A. band HEALTH.
Max Payne 3 was originally launched in 2012 to critical acclaim. Taking place nine years after its predecessor, the game follows Max Payne as he works a private security gig in Brazil and investigates the kidnapping of his employer’s wife.
Fans of the series who have been clamoring for follow-up games or spin-offs may have to wait longer for Rockstar to revitalize the franchise, but vinyl collectors can pick up this limited edition vinyl release in the meantime. An official release date has not yet been announced, so stay tuned for more updates from Rockstar if you don’t want to miss out on what is sure to be a popular release.
