Narumi Yasuda, the Japanese vocalist who sang the title theme to the 1984 Hayao Miyazaki film
Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind is releasing a remastered version of the theme on vinyl. Nausicaä is considered one of the greatest anime films of all-time, and the movie would go on to spawn what has become the legendary animation studio Studio Ghibli.
This new release will feature the 2024 ver. of Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind as well as Yasuda’s fourth single Giniro no Harmonica. This 7″ vinyl is expected to hit retailers at the end of this month. Pre-orders are available at the following retailers:
