Academy Award winning Interstellar is getting another vinyl variant for its renowned soundtrack. Composed by the legendary Hans Zimmer, this edition of the Interstellar Original Soundtrack will be pressed on translucent purple 180g audiophile vinyl. Each of the 15,000 copies will also be individually numbered. The 2LP album will be housed in a heavyweight gatefold jacket and incllude a 4-page booklet with liner notes by Hans Zimmer and director Christopher Nolan.
Released in 2014, Interstellar chronicles the adventures of a group of interplanetary explorers pushing the boundaries of human space travel. Pre-orders are now available and this variant is scheduled to release December 8, 2023.
