Attack on Titan OP Theme "The Rumbling" Vinyl EP

The popular heavy metal opening theme from Attack on Titan’s final season is getting a vinyl release. Performed by SiM, the song has even topped the Billboard charts. The second half of the fourth season of Attack on Titan, officially titled Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 2, officially finished airing in Japan in April 2022. Despite the latest season’s naming convention, the Attack on Titan anime has yet to fully adapt the manga and fans have been left waiting for yet another season or movie adaptation to finish off the series. The third and final part of “The Final Season” is expected to premier some time in 2023 but no concrete details have been released at the time of writing.

Although 2023 may be a ways away, fans can expect more Attack on Titan collectibles and merchandise to be released between now and the airing of the Attack on Titan anime finale. In addition to this SiM “The Rumbling” EP, We expect the full Attack on Titan Season 4 soundtrack to eventually have a vinyl release similar to the first three seasons. Each of the first three seasons have seen regular versions and deluxe versions of the soundtrack, with the deluxe versions packaged in bound “book packaging.”

The Rumbling vinyl single is limited to 5,000 copies worldwide and is expected to ship May 2022. Customers outside Japan can pre-order a copy through CD Japan or other proxies.
