Kessoku Band from the Bocchi the Rock! anime is releasing their album on vinyl. The Kessoku Band album consists of 14 tracks spanning across two LPs featuring songs by the four voice actors from the anime series.
Bocchi the Rock! is a Japanese slice-of-life anime television series based on the manga of the same name by Aki Hamaji. The story follows Hitori Goto, a shy and introverted high school student who loves rock music. She dreams of forming a band, but her social anxiety prevents her from making friends. One day, she meets Nijika Ijichi, a popular and outgoing girl who invites her to join her band. Hitori is hesitant at first, but she eventually agrees. With Nijika’s help, Hitori begins to overcome her social anxiety and learn to play the guitar. Together, they work towards their dream of performing at the school’s cultural festival.
The Kessoku Band consists of Hitori Goto on vocals and guitar, Nijika Ijichi on bass, Ryo Yamada on drums, and Ikuyo Kita on guitar.
The album is scheduled to be released late December 2023 and is available to pre-order at the following stores:
