The hype surrounding Mondo’s repress of the Tron: Legacy soundtrack turned out to be no joke. Within a couple of minutes Mondo’s entire stock of 5,000 records was sold out. The good news is that they appear to be looking into pressing more of this extremely popular release. We are sure that Daft Punk’s recent retirement announcement brought even more attention to this release, with the Tron: Legacy soundtrack being the duo’s sole motion picture score to their credit.
For those who were quick enough to snag a copy, it looks like you will be getting a beautiful set of 180g colored vinyl with some stunning gatefold artwork. We will be sure to keep an eye out for further announcements of a repress.
