Limited Run Games is teaming up with new vinyl label Kid Katana to release the soundtrack to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge to vinyl. The upcoming arcade beat-em-up is a throwback to some retro classics with a modern twist. The 2LP 45rpm vinyl set will feature 28 funky chip tune tracks by Tee Lopes with featurings from Wu-Tang Clan’s Raekwon and Ghostface Killah. The soundtrack will also come with an 8-page booklet featuring artwork and artist notes from the developers.
Two variants are available to pre-order, a standard black vinyl edition and a limited green color vinyl edition that is limited to 2,000 numbered units. Soundtracks are expected to ship October 2022. The Shredder’s Revenge game is also in the pre-order stage for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC until July 24.
